Sakadawa, falls on the fourth full moon after the Tibetan New Year and it is when the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and passing is honored. Astrologically, it is a time when the energy two weeks before and two weeks after the full moon is greatly increased. The actual full moon - Sakadawa - is incredibly auspicious. There is great advantage for your spiritual practice to be especially engaged in positive actions, as much as you can on this day!
