Lama Chopa Guru Puja

Today is "Losar," Tibetan New Year 2143, the year of the Earth Dog. Losar is an auspicious day to celebrate to set the tone for one's year ahead.

We hope you can join us! If you're new to doing puja, please come anyway, join in as you're comfortable, and be present in the gompa with a good heart.

Losar is the beginning of the first 15 days of the New Year when it is an especially powerful time for practice. This practice period culminates on the first full moon of the year, Day of Miracles on March 2.
