Today we will perform a group guided meditation on “Reincarnation & Past Lives.” Is reincarnation possible? Do we have past lives, and can we expect to have future lives? What are the implications of our current life actions relative to past and future lives? We will follow logical reasoning meditation techniques to help us start the process to understand the nature of reincarnation and past lives. We discuss each aspect of the meditation as a group, seeking to share our individual viewpoints and increase our collective understanding of reincarnation and past lives to help us put our current rebirth in a broader context of our spiritual path.
As with all our teachings, this class is offered free of charge. However, we do gratefully depend on the generosity of students and supporters to cover our substantial monthly expenses.
