In this course, Kurukulla Center Assistant Director, Sean González, will introduce you to the basics of a Buddhist meditation practice. Among the class topics will be the importance of meditation in daily life, proper meditative posture, creating a meditation practice, and the introduction of several meditations to begin your practice.
No prior knowledge of Buddhism or meditation is required for this course, however, those with experience are also encouraged to attend. This course will be delivered online via Zoom.
As with all our teachings, this class is offered free of charge. However, we do gratefully depend on the generosity of students and supporters to cover our substantial monthly expenses.
Sean González, the Kurukulla Center's Assistant Director, became a student of the late Geshe Tsulga in 2004.
