Experience simple yet powerful therapeutic methods to disrupt anxiety or inertia, and gain tools to help you clarify your mental-emotional well-being, guiding you toward a state of greater tranquility, rejuvenation, and equanimity.
This retreat-like workshop will feature:
- Breathwork (Pranayama)
- Guided herbal oil massage of a local area (Abhyanga)
- Slow and still restorative Yoga postures (Yogasana)
- Guided meditation (Savasana/Yoga Nidra)
- Candle-gazing meditation (Trataka)
- Intention-setting (Sankalpa)
Both workshops are open to all levels and no experience is necessary!

Sarah has been a member of the Kurukulla Center community since December 31, 2007 while attending graduate school at Tufts University. She currently resides in Vermont with her family and works as a Holistic Health Counselor, guiding individuals, families, and groups through a dynamic array of wellness approaches based on their unique objectives for holistic health. She holds a Master’s degree in Child/Family Development, is an Ayurveda Practitioner (Level II), certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and Certified Yoga Instructor.
