Families of mixed ages are welcome to join for this loving and fun blend of mindful activities based on principles of Yoga, Buddhism, Ayurveda, and Child-Family Development. Resident teacher Geshe Tenley and Holistic Health Counselor Sarah L. Frederiksen, will guide adult caregivers and their children in movement, breathwork, imagination, meditation, chanting, crafts, and reflection.
Spiritual Yoga is a practice of intentional interaction, including reflection, choice, and aligned response. But it’s not always easy! As family members with busy dynamic lives, we ebb and flow, push and pull in relationship with each other, and are prone to engage habitually or reactively.
This community gathering will encourage curiosity, compassion, wisdom, and being present with ourselves and loved ones just as we are. It’s a supportive opportunity for adult caregivers and their children to practice the Yoga of relationship and manifest as their most authentic and beneficial selves.
Suggested Donation: $15 - $40 per family.
Registration is appreciated to ensure adequate supplies and age-appropriate activities!
Book your spot by email to sarah@elevateyouwell.com or directly with electronic payment: Venmo (@sarah-frederiksen), PayPal (sarah@elevateyouwell.com), or request a credit card link.
Proceeds will be donated to Kurukulla Center.
