Led by Reiki master teachers Pat Venter and other Reiki Plus More master teachers who completed the Reiki Plus More program.
Reiki is not a religion, but it can help enhance qualities of loving kindness and compassion. Reiki is a complementary energy healing system that enhances stress management, self-healing, healing others, animals, and the planet. Participants will learn how to activate the universal life force energy (chi) within themselves, through attunement, symbols and meditation.
This is an interactive class that will include wellness approaches with participation from all. Demonstrations, practice, sharing, and the enhancement of empathetic caring with mindfulness for others will apply. Please bring a vegetarian lunch with no garlic or onion.
PREREQUISITE: None. Reiki I manual provided.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Must attend both days to receive a certificate. It is helpful, but not required, to bring a stuffed animal to class.
SUGGESTED DONATION: $90.00 – Proceeds will benefit Kurukulla Center – Please donate through Kurukulla website here or pay via cash/check at the beginning of class, or by prior arrangement with the teacher.
