All ages are welcome from infants to teens!
Join us for some family friendly dharma in the gompa. Together with other parents and little ones, delight in the precious background noise of munching, fidgeting and chatter of little voices. This is a wonderful opportunity for both parents and their children to learn Buddhist wisdom from Geshe Tenley and connect with other families.
Geshela and the family program facilitators will provide a kid friendly teaching with simple explanations and time for questions, games, crafts, and short meditations or mindfulness exercises. Families are invited to stay for refreshments after the talk and get to know each other better after the teaching.
This session will focus on Rejoicing, the second main value from the "What is Buddhism?" And "What are Buddhism's main values?" series. Please see the calendar for additional series dates.
